CST Fiber Optic Cable Uni Tube Armoured 4 Core to 24 Core

HOC Multi-Tube Light Armored CST Fiber Optic Cable

HOC Multi-Tube Light Armored CST Fiber Optic Cable

HOC’s Multi-Tube Light Armored CST Fiber Optic Cable offers robust protection for optical fibers in demanding environments. Its corrugated steel tape (CST) armor provides excellent crush and tensile strength, while the multi-tube design allows for high fiber counts and easy installation. This cable is a reliable solution for various applications, including duct, direct burial, and backbone cabling.

Overview

This HOC CST cable accommodates 4 to 288 optical fibers within a fiber jelly-filled loose tube. The central uni-tube is surrounded by water-blocking fiberglass yarn and a corrugated steel tape (CST) strength member, forming a robust cable core. An outer PE or LSZH black sheath completes the cable structure. HOC provides customization options for fiber type, fiber count, and jacket color. Different CST cable structures are available, ranging from 4 to 288 fibers. The cable sheath is printed with length markings and other essential information.

Description

HOC’s uni-tube loose tube CST cable, available with 4 to 24 fibers, houses all optical fibers within a fiber jelly-filled loose tube. Water-blocking fiberglass yarn and a corrugated steel tape (CST) strength member encircle the central uni-tube, creating a strengthened cable core. A PE or LSZH black sheath is applied over the loose tube and armor materials.

HOC offers customization for all optical fiber types and jacket colors. Various CST cable structures are available, including 4 fiber, 12 fiber, 24 fiber, 48 fiber, 96 fiber, 144 fiber, and 288 fiber. Cable sheath printing includes length marking and other relevant details.
