Hone Multi-Purpose Fiber Breakout Cable
This multi-purpose fiber breakout cable features a stranded cable structure, comprising tight buffered fibers, FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic), and aramid yarn strength members. It is available with either a PVC or LSZH jacket.
Description
Hone’s fiber breakout cable is a stranded, multi-purpose cable commonly used as a distribution cable indoors and as a backbone cable in buildings. Each tight buffered fiber is wrapped and protected by aramid yarn. These tight buffered fibers and aramid yarn are then jacketed in subunits. All fiber units are stranded around a central FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) strength member. A water-blocking tape can be added between the stranded units and the outer PVC or LSZH sheath.
