Aramid Yarn Fiber Optic Cable
Description
This aramid yarn fiber optic cable is an ADSS fiber optic cable. The aramid yarn is evenly distributed around the optical loose tube (or sometimes inner sheath). Different structures of aramid yarn fiber optic cables are used in non-metal fiber cables and indoor fiber cables, as well as patch cables.
Aramid yarn has unique properties such as low density, high tensile modulus, high breaking strength, and low breaking elongation. It maintains stability at high temperatures, exhibits very low shrinkage, low creep, and a high glass transition temperature. Additionally, aramid yarn fiber optic cables provide high corrosion resistance, are non-conductive, and are resistant to strong acids and alkalis.
