Armoured Fibre Optic Cable Unitube Light Armored Cable

Unitube Light Armored Fiber Optic Cable (GYXTW)

Description

The Hone armored fiber optic cable is designed with a central loose tube containing 250μm fiber encased in a high-modulus loose tube filled with waterproof compound. The structure includes a double-sided plastic-coated steel tape (PSP) layer, providing enhanced protection. Additionally, water-blocking material is present between the loose tube and steel tape to ensure waterproofing and compactness. For additional strength and crush resistance, the cable is reinforced with two parallel steel wires embedded in the outer sheath.

Application

  • Duct Installation
  • Aerial Deployment
  • Direct Burial

Features

  • Superior mechanical and temperature performance due to optimized fiber excess length.
  • Enhanced fiber protection, with excellent hydrolysis resistance and tube strength.
  • Compact structure prevents loose tube shrinkage.
  • Outstanding crush resistance and flexibility.
  • PSP layer enhances moisture penetration resistance.
  • Parallel steel wires provide tensile strength.
  • UV-resistant PE sheath for prolonged durability.
  • Small diameter, lightweight, and easy to install.
